Wontumi floods streets with Akufo-Addo posters

One person who has been consistent and never grown weary of ensuring Nana Akufo Addo’s presidential ambition comes to pass in 2016 is Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako.

He has begun an operation to flood the entire nation with posters of Nana Akufo Addo and Dr. Bawumia as we prepare for presidential elections next year.

The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party has always been there to offer his support and was spotted in several areas personally distributing posters to kick off the poster flooding campaign.

Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, aka Chairman ‘Wontumi’ was seen at Atonsu, Kejetia, Santansi and Suame Magazine sharing campaign posters and convincing drivers to vote for the NPP.

In an interview with him, he revealed that he deployed this strategy because most drivers were facing the real economic mess the National Democratic Congress has put the entire nation through.

Although the political campaign season is yet to kick off, Mr. Antwi-Boasiako revealed that almost all the drivers and passersby he talked to during the exercise, gladly accepted his message and promised to give their vote to the NPP.

He further promised to use one month to flood the entire country with posters of Nana Akufo Addo and Dr. Bawumia as they aim to bounce back to power.

Also, some concerned members of the party later contacted Peacefmonline.com to commend their Regional Chairman for the impressive work done.

According to Felix Danso who is the leader of the group, the 2016 elections is a year away but they were all amazed to see ‘Chairman Wontumi’ stepping out this early to convince electorates. “It was a delight watching him and I am saying this because, we usually don’t have leaders showcasing this type of style.

He ended up convincing Ghanaians to vote for the NPP and you could clearly see the happy reaction on the faces of the people who didn’t expect to see him on the street in the blazing sun” Felix said.
