We Don’t Want Cpp And Any Of Their Troubles!

PRESS RELEASE:

We, the members of the formidable Progressive People’s Party (PPP), wish to draw the attention of all Ghanaians and well-wishers to the fact that some operatives in the Convention People’s Party (CPP) have deliberately adopted some dubious tactics to draw Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom and his PPP into their fray and misfortunes. We want all to know that we are not interested in their antics because this is the time to look forward and forward only, to a new and different political dais which is ready to give Ghanaians an alternative that is progressive and different in all aspects. Our Progressive Movement believes in running an insult free campaign, sharing innovative ideas and carrying a big vision for the positive transformation of Ghana.

Considering the fact that, some people are not comfortable with the exit- decision made by Dr Nduom, some few CPP folks have resorted to the use of lamentable litany of cheap insult and denigration, mud-slinging and abject diatribe, with total impunity. We want to put on record that we are not interested in the CPP and its calamities. We have moved on and all our lenses are focused on the many discerning Ghanaians who believe and share in the ideals of our great leader – Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.

If CPP is really interested in winning political power, they should focus their energies on fixing the irreparable patches in their party and stop staking their noses in the matters of a Progressive Organization like ours. The CPP should tend their garden and we will tend ours. We believe that good fences make good neighbors.
We are entreating all our supporters and well wishers to use temperate language and avoid engaging in insulting our opponents.
