The firebrand politician and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) activist ?Chuck? Kofi Wayo, has condemned what he described as unconvincing reasons given by the Minister of Finance, Mr. Yaw Osafo-Marfo, for backtracking on the transaction of the International Financial Consortium (IFC) loan.
