Voter exhibition exercise proceeds in Tarkwa-Nsuaem

The voters register exhibition exercise has begun smoothly across the 183 polling stations in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Constituency.

As at 0815 hours, most of the exhibition centres the Ghana News Agency (GNA) visited, had already received their materials to start the exercise.

As at 1015 hours, 69 eligible voters at the John Taylor School, Community Development, Old UTC building, Ministries, Community Center, D and E compound and Cyanide A and B exhibition centres had successfully verified their names on the voters register.

Mr Edwin Opare, the Deputy Municipal Electoral Officer, said 110,586 eligible voters were expected to verify their names on the voters register in the municipality.

The Electoral Commission has designated July 18 and August 7 for the voter exhibition exercise across the country.
