Vote for CPP Candidate – Boateng

Kumasi, Aug 23, GNA – Mr Kwame Apaiah Boateng, a member of the Convention People’s Party (CPP), has appealed to the people of the Odododiodoo constituency to vote for the CPP candidate in the August 30 by-election.

He said a victory for Mr Christian Shanko Bruce could alter Ghana’s political road map and serve as a catalyst for a CPP victory in 2008. In a statement issued in Kumasi on Monday, Mr Boateng said Ghana needed a new breed of political leaders after the failure of both the NDC and NPP in the governance of the nation.

Mr Boateng urged the electorate in the constituency to express support for the CPP in the bye-election.
