Vehicle conveying pupils to write BECE involved in accident

Akosombo (E/R), April 27, GNA- Two pupils of Pupuni Junior High School sustained minor injuries when the bus conveying them and their other colleagues to the Akwamuman Senior High School Examination Centre to write the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) was involved in an accident last Monday.

The two pupils were treated and discharged at the Akosombo VRA Hospital while the driver of the vehicle, Godwin Tettey, was admitted at the hospital.

The vehicle, which was conveying 15 pupils of the school to the examination centre, skidded off the road on reaching Akosombo and hit a tree near the road. 10
