United Cadres Front congratulates President Mahama

The United Cadres Front (UCF) has congratulated President John Dramani Mahama on his 100 days in the office.

A statement signed by Mr Samuel Duho, Chairman of the UCF, said: “In spite of the numerous challenges, you remain focus by ensuring that basic amenities such as electricity and water as well as security are being improved”.

It said the declaration of Accra as the Millennium City in line with the Accra Metropolitan Assembly’s vision of “A New Accra for a Better Ghana” called for vigorous enforcement of the law, to keep the city tidy.

The statement urged all cadres in the Greater Accra Region to resolve to close their ranks and rally behind the Government in the implementation of its policies and programmes designed to create employment and alleviate poverty.

This is the only way the National Democratic Congress can continue to sustain the goodwill of the people, he said.

The statement urged all well meaning cadres and supporters to throw their weight behind President Mahama’s Administration to ensure its success.
