UER Minister proceeds on a two-week leave

Bolgatanga, Nov. 12, GNA – Mr Mark Woyongo, Upper East Regional Minister, on Friday, proceeded on a two-week leave. In his absence, Mr Moses Bukari Mabengba, Northern Regional Minister= , would act.

At a meeting with the Heads of Departments in Bolgatanga, Mr Woyongo=

said he needed some rest after 18 months of hard work and urged the heads= to cooperate with Mr Mabengba, to enable him to carry out his responsibiliti= es efficiently.

He commended them for contributing to the success of the Region’s anniversary celebrations and asked them to keep it up. Mr Mabengba said since he would be working for only two weeks he was=

not likely to change or introduce new things and asked for support from t= he heads. He advised them to continue with their work as usual but should not hesitate to contact him when necessary.
