He said on July 16, the accused persons, who were on duty at the Atuabo Waste dump within the Company’s premises to clean the doser, which the complainant had packed and left for launch.

Inspector Amponsah said when Tienaa returned to the machine, he met Cobbinah and Quaison siphoning diesel from the machine into a yellow can.

The complainant then confronted the accused persons but they could not give any tangible reason and he reported the matter to his supervisor, who also informed the security officers of the GGL, Tarkwa.

The Prosecutor said security officers of the mining firm went to the scene of the crime, arrested the accused persons and handed them over to the police for investigations.
