Toronto Chapter Of NPP Declares Unflinching Support

FOR NPP FLAGBEARER

The Chairman of the Toronto Chapter of the NPP, Mr. Christian Akyempon, has told a cross section of Ghanaians that the Flagbearer of the NPP has been overwhelmingly elected and “we must all bury our differences and back him up unflinchingly.”
Addressing members, supporters and sympathizers at an end of year get together at his residence in Richmond Hill, a suburb of Toronto, at the weekend, Chairman Akyempon regretted “Ghana, which the Whiteman saw first and named it GOLD COAST (SIKA MPOANO) now has a cap in hand, begging for alms.”
He said although the pendulum is swinging in favour of NPP, Ghanaians must not be complacent but must continue to hammer home the important thing to vote for NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFO-ADDO to change the dynamic s of politics in Ghana.
President John Dramani Mahama and his NDC administration have nothing new to offer Ghanaians but to continue to milk the nation white, Chairman Akyempon emphasised.
As we enter into the New Year 2015, according to the Chairman, Ghanaians must not relent but to continue to campaign vigorously and seriously for our Flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.
“We must win to change the landscape and bring smiles in the faces of all Ghanaians,” he added
Chairman Akyeampon announced that series of committees, including Fund Raising, Policy and Communications, have been formed to boost the work of the Chapter.
At the get together included Mr. Ken Ntiamoah, Founder of the Chapter in 1992, Mr. Kwabena Senchire, Third Vice-Chairman of the Ashanti Regional Branch of the NPP, Dr. Yaw Okraku, Policy Committee Chairman, Ms. Cecilia Akyempon, Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee, and Mr. MacDonald Agbenyo, former Chairman of the Chapter.
