Member of Parliament for Techiman South the Bono East Regional capital, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah over the weekend embarked on Community engagements in his Constituency.
The Communities included; Srapukrom, Korfoso, Abirika, Mmaapehia and Dentekrom.
He used the opportunity to thank the people for voting for him massively in the 2024 Parliamentary elections.
The MP was joined in his visit by the former Mayor, Techiman, Hon. Benjamin Yaw Gyarko, the Constituency Chairman, Mr. Muniru Tanko and Constituency Executives.
At Korfoso, the Elders pleaded with the MP to assist them to renovate the Chief’s Palace at Korfoso and also provide them with Street Light Bulbs to improve security in the area.
Similarly, at Srapukrom, the Odikro Nana Assah Adjei placed a request to the MP, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah to assist them with bags of cement to construct a Social Centre for the community and Street Light Bulbs.
In response to their request, the MP supported the Odikro of Srapukrom with Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh20, 000) towards the construction of their Social Centre and ten (10) pieces of Street Light Bulbs to the Community.
Equally, the MP, Hon. Martin Agyei-Mensah Korsah supported the Elders at Korfoso with Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh10,000) for the renovation of their palace and thirty pieces of Street Light Bulbs (30) for KojoKrom, Bianhyewo and Korfoso communities.
