Mr Mustapha Zakaria Civse, Special Assistant to the Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing has expressed regret about statements from two NDC MPs that the Government was punishing the people of Tamale for not voting for it. He was reacting to the MP?s statements in parliament regarding the municipality?s acute water shortage.
