ASP Boafo said both the accused and complainant reside in the same house at Mataheko.
On June 4 this year, at about 2:00pm, Dzanza asked the victim to buy him some sachet water.
Prosecution said immediately the victim brought the water, Dzanza dragged her into his room and onto his three in one sofa chair and had sex with her.
The prosecutor said Dzanza threatened the victim not to inform anyone about it but she disclosed her ordeal to her mother who in turn reported the matter to the Police.
