Retain NDC for a ‘Better Ghana’ – Prez Mahama pledges

President John Dramani Mahama has pleaded with electorates in the Eastern region to retain the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in power in order to build on its strong foundations for better economic growth.

According to the President, this will enable Ghanaians to fully benefit from the programmes government has undertaken over the last four years.

Addressing a rally of NDC supporters at Anyinam in the Eastern region, President Mahama said it will be unfair for another party to be voted into power to build on the strong foundations of the NDC.

“We have built a strong foundation and we now have the materials to continue. Imagine buying your land, buying all the materials and then someone says stop the project, can you do that? No that can’t be possible.

“So the NDC must continue the building for the benefit of all Ghanaians,” the President added.
