The scholarship, awarded to Mr. Samuel Afotey Otu, is the first scholarship grant in what the foundation hopes will be many programs to alleviate poverty and lack of education in Ghana, and particularly in Accra. In January, Afotey enrolled in ?Institute of Technology? at Tema to study a course in computer technology. In April, he received a new computer as part of the scholarship package.
