We citizens of anlo state in the diaspora, supported by our kinsmen of the ewe nation have witnessed the most deplorable development in anlo state in the last few days.
We hereby express our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the state of anlo in their time of sorrow and instability.
We wish to register our strongest protest to all factions in the awomefia saga, which has led to the loss of life of our dear brothers and sisters. We wish to make it clear to all parties involved and to all citizens of anlo state that the overiding focus of the anlo state should be development and the welfare of its citizens.
We call for a complete and total cessation of hostilities to pave way for tranquility, unity and a serene environment for the resolution of the conflict leading, hopefully, to the installation of a legitimate awomefia.
