President Mills begins three-day visit to Eastern Region from May 31

Koforidua, May 24, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills begins a three-day visit to the Eastern Region from May 31.

Deputy Eastern Regional Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr M.M. Doh, told journalists in Koforidua on Tuesday that the President’s itinery would take him to a number of districts in the region. He said President Mills would acquaint himself with the progress of work on development projects being undertaken in the region.

He would also meet with chiefs and people from the region and inaugurate a number of completed projects that had been undertaken by the government within the last two years.
