His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills leaves Accra tomorrow, Saturday, September 10, 2009, for Abuja to attend a Mini ECOWAS Summit on the proliferation of arms in the Sub Region in the aftermath of the Ivorian crisis.
The Summit will target mainly the flow of arms across the Ivorian and Liberian borders.
His Excellency President Atta Mills is expected back in Accra the same day.
