Kumasi(Ash)-The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NDC, Mr Yaw Owusu Obimpeh, has urged his colleague politicians to rise above pettiness and mischief. They should uphold some level of integrity- what is noble and decent.
The call is contained in a press statement he issued in Kumasi to deny claims that he kept for himself monies meant for the party’s agents who observed the just ended exhibition of the voters’ register at the various centres.
He dismissed it “as pure falsehood” and that he found that to be wicked and sickening. Mr Obimpeh said he could simply never have done such a thing and that the party’s national executive would not only have exposed but sanctioned him. He added that “telling lies about other people to make them look bad is not the way to go”. END
