Politicians advised against politicising energy crisis

Nyinahin (Ash), April 21, GNA – A reverend minister has appealed to politicians to desist from politicising the energy crisis and instead come together to pray to God for abundant rainfall to feed the Akosombo dam.

Rev Emmanuel Baffour-Awuah of the Nyinahin zone of the Assemblies of God Church said the country needed peace, reconciliation and understanding to solve its numerous problems.

He was speaking at a convention organized by the church at Nyinahin under the theme, “Let us Rise up and Build”. Rev Baffour-Awuah said it was now time for Ghanaians to stop criticizing their leaders, pastors and opinion leaders and rather to contribute positively to nation building.
