Planted mole, Baah Acheamfour is disowned – NPP

The Ashanti Region Communication wing of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has disowned one of its Communicators Baah Acheamfuor for criticising the Flagbearer of the party Nana Addo.

Acheamfour, a staunch critic of the presidential candidate of the NPP, was beaten to pulp by unknown heavily built thugs ‘machomen’ while making some comments critical of the flag bearer in a Kumasi based Fox FM yesterday Monday.

Speaking on Ultimate Fact File hosted by Julius Caesar Anadem, the Secretary of the Communications wing of the party, Moro Kabori insisted that Baah Acheamffour is not recognized as a Communicator of the party.

Kabor described Acheamfuor as a paid mole within the NPP and cannot be trusted with issues concerning the elephant family.

He claimed that the attack on Acheamfuor’s life was a deliberate attempt by his pay masters to create confusion in the NPP.

He indicated that Acheamfour has been relieved of his post as a member of the party’s Communications team.

The Secretary of Communications wing of the party denied claims that the party masterminded his beating.

‘Baah Acheamfuor is not a member of NPP’s Communications team, what happened I think is quite unfortunate, I do not it’s not right for anybody to be attacked just because he is expressing his views that differ from the majority, my problem is the desperate attempt by some people to bring the NPP in. I don’t think NPP a as a party sent a group of people to attack Baah Acheamfuor. I think what happened obviously was a distraction.

I can tell you on authority that some of us also have information that he was sent here to create confusion, obviously by his pay masters, those who are sponsoring him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of course,’ he pointed out.
