Perez Musik leads packed GLORIFIED 2026 worship event in Ghana

Thousands of worshippers filled the auditorium at Victory Bible Church’s Dominion Sanctuary on Sunday, 30 August 2026, for the latest edition of GLORIFIED, hosted by gospel minister Perez Musik.

Held under the theme “His Grace and Mercy”, the event was praised by attendees as one of the country’s leading worship gatherings. Perez Musik Ministry and the organising team also received commendation for beginning the programme at exactly 4:00 PM, as scheduled.

The evening placed a strong focus on developing the next generation of gospel talent. Emerging artistes including Naa, Tasha, William, Essah and Maame Biamah opened the programme with powerful worship performances, setting the tone for an event centred on faith, music and the raising of new voices.

The atmosphere intensified when urban gospel artiste Kinzkid took to the stage. His energetic performance brought the Gen Z audience to its feet, with worshippers responding enthusiastically throughout his set.

That performance was followed by a spoken-word ministration from Jeffery Nortey, whose presentation held the attention of the packed auditorium and added another dimension to the evening’s programme.

Gospel icon Joe Mettle then appeared on stage to deliver a highly acclaimed ministration. His performance led the congregation into a period of deep and unrestricted worship, further elevating the atmosphere inside the venue.

Perez Musik later took centre stage as anticipation built among the audience. He performed a succession of anthems, bringing together the main musical and worship elements of the night and reinforcing the event’s focus on glorifying God.

The host also demonstrated his established command of the Ga language in gospel songwriting by recording new Ga songs live during the programme. The performance offered worshippers an early indication of the material they can expect from him.

Attendees departed feeling spiritually enriched, with many highlighting the combination of a programme that started on time, strong artistic performances and what they described as a tangible sense of God’s presence.

With GLORIFIED 2026 now concluded, the gathering leaves a significant impression on Ghana’s gospel music scene. It also reflects Perez Musik’s continued commitment to faith, culture and supporting emerging talent within the gospel community.
