The Executive Secretary of the National Reconciliation Committee (NRC), Dr. Ken Attafuah, has in an exclusive interview with ?The Daily Dispatch?, disclosed that it will not be possible for the state to pay compensation to all victims of human rights abuses and injustices who appear before the Commission.
