Ultimatefmonline.com, has sighted images of Deputy Communications Director of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Anthony Abayifa Karbo seriously weeding at a farm believed to be in his constituency.
Karbo affectionately called Afghanistan, is also the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Lawra Constituency of the Upper West Region and is always a regular visitor to the area.
What is not immediately known is if he was busily tilling the soil with the local hoe on his own farm or the farm of someone in order to boost his chances ahead of the December 7 polls.
Interestingly however, he took to his facebook page and wrote: “Farm time……this is who we are..#peasantfarming!”
Many who commented on the image believe it is a move by the vociferous NPP stalwart to win the hearts of his constituents in order to be voted for at the polls.
