NPP to hold Thanksgiving Service

Accra, Jan. 6, GNA – The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will hold a non-denominational Thanksgiving Service at the Trade Fair Centre on Saturday. A statement on Tuesday signed by Mr Peter Mac Manu, National Chairman, said the party was inviting its members, supporters and sympathisers as well as peace-loving Ghanaians to the service at 1000 hours. “Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the hierarchy of the NPP want you to join them in thanking the almighty God/Allah for talking Ghana through a peaceful election in spite of initial threats of violence,” the statement said.
