It was for this reason they visited the regent to solicit his guidance and prayers for victory.

According to Dr. Manboah-Rockson, the NDP was determined to give Ghanaians the best of leadership should it emerge winner at the polls.

He wished the party well in all its endeavors underscoring the need for development should it emerge victorious.

Later the NDP leadership including Viel Godsennor visited chiefs in Gushiegu, Karaga and major traditional towns in the region to solicit their support and took the opportunity to introduce constituency executives to party supporters.

The team has since left for the Upper West region where it would interact with traditional rulers, opinion leaders and party supporters, according to NDP regional youth leader, Papa Yawson.
