NDC women wings urged to bury differences

Agona Swedru, Jan 10, GNA- Mrs Tina Frempong, Central Regional Women’s Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has urged the women’s wing of the party to bury their differences to ensure a resounding victory for the party in the December elections.

She said women played a vital role in the grassroots organization of the party, adding that unity and hard work were essential to chalk success.

Mrs Frempong made the call when she addressed members of the Agona West branch of the women’s wing of NDC at Agona Swedru.

She stated that internal wranglings and petty squabbles among them would do the party more harm than good.

The Regional Organizer urged the women to rally strongly behind the party, adding that the 2012 elections would not be easy but with determination and hard work the NDC would be the winner.
