‘NDC Will Rule 20 Years’ – Bagbin

By Newman Dotse

It is clear that NDC will hold onto power for the next 20 years hence the distracters must learn to cooperate to move the country forward for the betterment of the citizenry.

Hon. Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin made this known at his residence last Saturday during a victory party organized on his behalf in appreciation to the hard work put up by the NDC members which led to the victory of the party in the just ended elections.

He said the performance of the NDC shows that NDC is a party to join and be proud of.

According to him, it is not easy voting three times to elect a president but it has happened in Ghana in a peaceful manner in 2008 without any disturbances, as it happens in other parts of the world. This, according to him, shows that Ghana is exhibiting political maturity and is becoming the citadel of Africa’s democracy.

He thanked all sympathizers of the NDC party, especially those who stood by him when the going was getting though, adding, it is always prudent to acknowledge the effort of others when the need arises to propel them to do greater things in future for the betterment of the NDC party.
