The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will outdoor its manifesto for the December 2012 elections on Thursday October 04, 2012.
A statement from the John Mahama 2012 Campaign Office and signed by Coordinator, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, said the launch will take place in the Volta Regional capital, Ho.
Details of the launch programme will be announced later, the statement noted.
