NDC Primaries: Kwame Dzokoto, Don Arthur win

Final results from the Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency indicates that popular actor and comedian, Kwame Dzokoto has won in the parliamentary primaries of the National Democartic congress.

Dzokoto who promised his fans he would win the elections “hands down” polled 1415 votes as his closest contender Joseph Otchere polled 402.

Former TV3 Morning Show host, Eric Don- Arthur, has also won his bid to represent the NDC in the Effutu Constituency.

Don Arthur polled 1694 votes as his opponent, Ambrose Entsiwah polled 1262.

This makes two media personalities who are seeking a mandate in parliament come 2016.
