Thomas Baffoe-Ankomah, Nkoranza South Constituency Chairman of National Democratic Congress (NDC) has appealed to the youth in the area to bury their political differences and forge ahead in unity towards accelerated development.
“With Election 2012 over, there is no need to revisit any bitterness that characterised the campaign. We should see ourselves as one people and build Ghana for the benefit of prosperity,” he added.
Mr Baffoe-Ankomah who made the appeal in a New Year Message, commended activists, supporters and sympathisers for their massive support to President John Dramani Mahama and Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, NDC Member of Parliament-elect for the Constituency.
He urged President Mahama to offer selfless and dedicated service to Ghanaians without discrimination to win the support of all and sundry towards socio-economic development.
