National Council of Ghanaian Associations, a powerhouse organization based in New York, has sent a congratulatory message to the newly elected President of Chicago, Mr. Reuben Hadzide. The message was sent to Mr. CNN of Ghanaweb by its Deputy Executive Secretary General, Ms Rose Ivy Quarshie on behalf of NCOGA.
It reads;
