An official statement issued in Accra and signed by the Commanding Officer of MTTU, ACP Angwunbutoge Awuni on Sunday reminded the public, especially the motorists to maintain the traffic discipline exhibited so far as the country awaited the declaration of results by the Electoral Commission.

The statement said all forms of jubilation especially those using vehicles and motorbikes must exercise extra caution to prevent needless crashes and injuries.

“Furthermore, we will like to remind the motoring public of our massive deployment plan to ensure an accident free Christmas and New Year festivities through vigorous enforcement of the traffic laws.
