National Best Farmer to establish Centre of Excellence

Mr Ibrahim Musa alias, ‘Macho’, the National Best Farmer, has said he intends to establish a Centre of Excellence on his four acre land situated between Kofiasua and Sromani in the Dormaa Central Municipality.

The durbar was attended by traditional rulers, heads of departments, some members of the security agencies, best farmers in the municipality both new and old winners, assembly members, staff of the Dormaa Municipal Assembly, Dormaa Poultry Farmers Association and the public.

Mr Musa, a native of Kofiasua, a suburb of Dormaa – Ahenkro, was accompanied by his wife, relatives, friends and other well-wishers to the durbar ground, said what inspired him in his efforts was determination, hard work and a tenacity of purpose.

Mr Gordon Kwaku Asubonteng, the Dormaa Municipal Chief Executive, praised the National Best Farmer saying his contribution to society have been meaningful as it transcends beyond the borders of agriculture to include advancing the development agenda of the Municipal Assembly.

He said by undertaking to roof and painting the Circuit Court Office Building as well as painting the veterinary services office building all in Dormaa – Ahenkro, the National Best Farmer, was indeed a role model for the society.
