My family is worried over my work – Anas

Popular investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has revealed that members of his family have had cause to express worry over his style of journalism.

According to him, although his father- a retired military officer- is resolute about his actions, his mother is often the “stubborn” one who gets worried about his work.

Speaking to Bola Ray on Starr Chat Wednesday, the Chief Executive Officer of the Tiger Eye PI said his family is getting accustomed to his way of life.

“I get uncles calling and they get worried, they think you should slow down a bit, but they come in almost very late all the time and I tell them; the work is out there already, there is nothing I can do about it,” he stated.

Anas’ latest work has led to the expose’ of massive corruption in Ghana’s judiciary.

Twenty-two lower court and seven high court judges are currently being probed for allegedly taking bribes to tilt cases before them.
