Yendi (Northern Region), 28 April, A gross-section of the Christian and Muslim communities have ended a workshop on what can be done to enhance the workshop discussed various topics including “dialogue and tolerance in Islam”. “a guide to dialogue” and “dialogue from christian perspective”. Addressing the closing ceremony, the Yendi district chief executive, Mr.Alhassan A. Amidu, called on Imams and Priests to re-orient their followers to appreciate the essence of religion to avoid violence based on differences in doctrine.
