MTN Ghana Seals Two-Year Sponsorship Deal for Black Stars, Black Queens and Other National Teams

MTN Ghana has announced a major two-year sponsorship package for four of the country’s national football teams, including the senior men’s side, the Black Stars, and the senior women’s team, the Black Queens.

The deal, unveiled in Accra, will cover national teams, reinforcing MTN’s long-standing support for Ghanaian football.

The telecommunications giant said the partnership is aimed at boosting the teams’ preparations, performance and overall development as they compete in major international tournaments.

Football officials have welcomed the sponsorship as a timely boost ahead of a busy competitive calendar, with both the Black Stars and Black Queens eyeing qualification for key continental and global competitions.

MTN Ghana has been a consistent backer of the sport, with this latest agreement further cementing its place as one of the biggest corporate supporters of Ghana football.
