Mohammed Kudus Eyes Fresh Start With Ghana After Tottenham Defeat

Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus says representing his country remains a huge source of pride and motivation, especially after Tottenham Hotspur’s 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday.

Kudus, who featured in the game, admitted the loss was a tough one to take but believes the upcoming international break provides the perfect chance to reset.

“I think playing for your country is also a massive part of us being players, representing your nation. So it’s very, very important to me,” Kudus said. “I think after the loss today, it’s good to get our way to refresh our mind and then come back fresh again.”

The Black Stars forward will now shift his focus to international duty, where he hopes to help Ghana build momentum ahead of crucial fixtures.

For Kudus, the break is not only about national pride but also a chance to bounce back stronger when club football resumes.
