Mills’ appointees were disappointing – Mornah

General Secretary of the Peoples National Convention (PNC) has said that many of the appointees during late President Mills’ presidency were disappointing.

According to Bernard Mornah, these appointees failed to perform and by so doing tarnished the image of the late president.

He stated that the Mills administration would have performed creditably well if President Mills had gotten the support from his appointees.

Mr. Mornah who was speaking on the Analyst program on Saturday July 27, 2013 indicated that there were many persons President Mills appointed who were not team players and, therefore, were pursuing their own agenda.

He added: “Some of his appointees were extraordinarily disappointing; there is no doubt about that. Some of the appointees could not work as a team, you know that.

“There were difficulties at a time and you can imagine the kind of uproar within the authority that he led to the extent that it got out of hand”.
