Political Activist, Dr. Sekou Nkrumah has questioned the logic behind the president’s appointment of former BBC Presenter Ben Dotse Malor as the new head of Communications at the Presidency.
His comments come after Professor Audrey Gadzekpo of the School of Communications at the University of Ghana also raised similar concerns when she spoke to XYZ News on Monday.
According to Dr. Nkrumah, the best form of PR for any government is its ability to deliver.
Dr. Sekou Nkrumah added that he is at a loss as to what Mr. Malor can do for the government in that regard.
“I am not too sure whether you need experts who will make your Governments look good or you need to work and your achievements speak for themselves,” Dr. Nkrumah said.
He added that “it is your work that should speak for itself”.
