Mahama attends UHAS maiden congregation

President John Mahama will be attending the first graduation ceremony of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) at Ho in the Volta Region Saturday July 23.

The university, established through an Act of Parliament in December 2011 by the late President John Mills, had its first batch of students in September 2012.

A total of 171 students who successfully completed their programmes of study in various health-related disciplines are graduating at the ceremony ongoing at the university’s campus at Sokode-Lokoe near Ho.
