LIVESTREAMING: ‘Newsfile’ on JoyNews

Issues surrounding the release of the Joe Ghartey Committee report on bribery allegations levelled against a Minister and some MP’s and the near-brawl incidence in Parliament by both sides of the house following the release will be the focus of today’s discussions on JoyNew’s weekend news analysis program; ‘Newsfile’.

The resignation of COCOBOD CEO Stephen Opuni, and revelations by the new Board Chairman of the institution, Hackman Owusu-Agyeman, about how much he received as monthly salary will also be touched on alongside the possibility of a a pay-cut on the salaries of heads of some state institutions.

Other issues including the likelihood of bailed members of the Delta Force joining the national security to clamp down on illegal mining in the country will also feature on today’s edition of Newsfile as panelists join show Host Sampson Anyenini to scrutinize issues.
