KYIDOMHENE JABS ON THE CALAMITIES OF THE RECENT DARK DOWNPOUR IN THE WESTERN NORTH

Nana Elluo Panyin III, the Chief of Sefwi Nsuosua and also the Kyidomhene of the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Council, has expressed his deepest heart touching message over the recent downpour which is not relevant and also has many calamities in it which is very harmful to human health.

In an exclusive interview with Nana Yaw Adinkra (Faya) Morning Show on Faith FM, Nana advised the good people in Western North Region on the danger’s that when taking or drinking and even using it for anything that will be taking into the body can cause.

Nana further said that until further investigations are conducted nobody should either drink or use it to cook.

He prioritized the need to understand the causes of the dark coloration, which he described as strange and hazardous downpour.

Nana soundly made it clear that samples of the downpour will be send to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) for scientific analysis to fitch out the source and nature of the recent dark colored downpour.

He also called on Media in the Western North Region to remain committed and dedicated in their work, stressing that their efforts can help spread the truth and ensure public safety.

 

“This is a matter of public health and environmental issue, and we must all contribute our part to get to ride of the recent dark colored downpour ,” he said.
