Kwakwaduam Association organizes Back to School Program

The Kwakwaduam Association Inc of New York in collaboration with the World Vision has presented back packs to the children of members at the beginning of the 2013 school year. This is part of the Youth Empowerment and the Parent as a Teacher program of the Organization. Each of the backpacks contained essential stationery for school.

Commenting on the program, the Vice President of the Organization Mr. Kwayisi Addo thanked the World Vision and said that Kwakwaduam has partnered with the World Vision over the years to support the Youth program as well as other programs of the organization. He said there was a profound need for parents to show significant interest in the education and progress of their children and that Kwakwaduam will support such efforts and the back to school program was in recognition of this.
