Kumasi hosts Schools Summit in February

The annual Schools and Educators conference dubbed “Schools Summit” that is geared towards equipping and transforming over thousands of stakeholders responsible for the educational sector such as Schools Directors & Owners, Heads, Managers and Administrators, I.C.T Instructors and Teachers is expected to take place in Kumasi.

The one-day summit will start at 8:00 a.m. prompt at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Kumasi which will also target other players in the sector such as After-School Care Givers, School Managers,”Edupreneurs” New and Prospective School Owners as well as Educational Consultants.

The event which is organized and promoted by the Digital Education Group (DEG) in partnership with its international and local partners is under the theme – “Creating Competitive Advantage in Education”.

According to the organizers, this year’s events will focus on contemporary topics for discussion that include Competitive Advantage through Branding, Financing Schools Projects and Buses, staying ahead with technology, Instructional Strategy, Promoting your School on Ghana’s only Schools Search Engine – Easyschoolfind amongst others. These topics would be presented by High Profile speakers with strong expertise in best practices in Education and Organizational excellence.

The Summit will also feature an “EDUFAIR” – an exhibition platform aimed at showcasing a wide variety of discounted Products and Services for Schools including Schools Stationary, Educational toys, Educational CD’s & DVD’s, Creative Arts & Crafts products, Textbooks & workbooks, Schools Furniture, plus lots more.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Education Group, Mr. George Sackey called on all levels of Educators especially interested participants to register their School’s Team.
