Accra, Feb 12, GNA-President J. A Kufuor has appointed a nine-member board for the Volta River Authority (VRA) with Mr. Osei Asamoah Bonsu, a chartered accountant as its chairman.
A release signed by the Chief of Staff, Mr. Kwadwo O. Mpiani on Thursday named other members of the board as, Mr. Teddy Konu, Registrar of the University of Ghana, Mr. Yonny Kulendi, Legal Practitioner, Ing. Kwasi Asare, Managing Partner, Asare-Tsibu and Partners and Mr Kofi Asante, a Development Consultant.
Others are, Mr. Obese-Jecty, Director of Finance, Valco, Ms. Abena Oduro, Senior Fellow, CEPA, Mrs Carlean Bou-Chedid, Executive secretary, Ghana Institute of Engineers and a representative of the local area.
