Mankranso (Ash), Aug 08, GNA – Kuapa Kokoo, a licensed cocoa buying company (LBC), has organised a one-day seminar for 35 purchasing clerks and farmers on value rights and responsibilities at Mankranso at the weekend.
The seminar was aimed at educating them on the co-operative concept and value performances to conform to international co-operative movement within the company.
Addressing the participants Mr Charles Mintah, Research Development Officer of Kuapa Kokoo, called for honesty and openness within the societies.
He said it was important that the executive as well as members of the societies to be honest and objective in their activities and operations.
