Kasapreko surprises female staff on Mother’s Day

As part of celebrations to mark this year’s Mother’s Day, beverage firm Kasapreko Company Limited surprised its female staff to special treatment to show appreciation on how they’ve contributed to the success of the company.

The female staff were surprisingly given a half-day off and had a special lunch with the CEO and some top managers of the company.

To show support for the Mothers, male workers at Kasapreko took over all daily work routine performed by the women after the half-day.

The big surprise was when the Founder and Group Chairman of KCL, Dr Kwabena Adjei decided to be the front desk officer at the company’s head office to receive visitors and calls, a duty performed by a female staff of the company. He also occupied the accountant’s office and represented as a sales executive to interact with his products’ patrons.

Only a handful of business owners in Ghana will surprise their female workers on such a special occasion to celebrate mothers worldwide.

Marked worldwide, Mother’s Day is the celebration of motherhood and the influence of mothers in the society.
