Jubeso, Essom Educate Foodsellers On Cholera Prevention

Juabeso (W/R), Aug. 21, – A seminar on prevention of cholera was held separately at Juabeso and Essom for 260 foodsellers and butchers in the Juabeso-Bia district yesterday. It was organised by the District Environmental Health Committee and aimed at creating awareness about how to prevent cholera. Addressing the participants, Mr Francis Dzodiah, the District Environmental Health Officer, advised the communities to keep their environments clean and observe personal hygiene. The Technical Officer of the Environmental Health Department, Mr M.K. Asabir, urged the people to seek vaccination against cholera.
