Ivorian Prime Minister In Accra

….To Confer With President Kufuor
The Ivorian Prime Minister Seidu Diarra arrived in Accra yesterday afternoon to consult with ECOWAS Chairman, President John Agyekum Kufuor on the current political situation in that country.

It is believed that the power sharing with the Ivorian rebels has developed a hitch and that the Prime Minister meeting with the ECOWAS Chairman is to find solution to the current development.

Earlier in the day, a leader of a new force rebel group in Cote d’ Ivoire, Guillian Sorro and one of his officials Sidik Konake arrived in Accra on a similar mission.

The Ivorian Prime Minister was met by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kweku Osei Adjei and the Chief of Protocol, Mr. Ken Kandah.
